About Us

Carry On Canine is a UK based, family run company completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email customerservice@carryoncanine.com

We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card/ debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept most major Credit Cards including Visa and Mastercard as well as Debit Cards. Goods are charged at the time of ordering. We can not accept American Express unless you pay via PayPal.
Customers may exercise their right to cancel their order within 7 working days. However, where goods have been despatched the customer will be responsible for all postage/carriage costs.

Credit Card and Debit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit/debit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Secure credit card transactions are handled by a dedicated credit card processing company. For your (and our) security Carry On Canine holds no credit / debit card information on its computer systems.

Guarantee
We recognise and acknowledge all our manufacturers guarantees.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Our liability for breach of these Sale Terms and any agreement between Us or negligence shall be limited at Our sole discretion to the free replacement of faulty items or the issue of credit notes in respect thereof or the granting of a refund that shall relate only to the actual items concerned providing that You have not made any modifications to them.
In cases where any of the goods are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, You shall be reasonable for contacting and returning any registration or warranty cards to the manufacturer in question and for the avoidance of doubt We shall not be held responsible for any acts of the manufacturer or its agents including without limitation any failure by the manufacturer to repair or replace any of the goods in question which are the subject of the manufacturer's warranty. Subject as expressly provided for in these Sale Terms and except in cases where the goods are sold to a person buying as a consumer (as that term is defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1997) all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Our negligence we shall not be liable to You by any reason of any representation (unless fraudulent) or any implied warranty, condition or other term or any duty in common law or under the express terms of these Sale Terms for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages arising out of any services performed for You or any goods sold under these Sale Terms even if We have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages.
Except for cases of personal injury or death arising from Our negligence, the Carry On Canine's liability to You for actual damages regardless of the form of action, will be strictly limited to the price of the goods sold.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Us against all proceedings, costs, fees, expenses, payments, liabilities, losses and damages arising out of the breach or negligent performance by You of any terms of these Sale Terms.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable to You or be deemed to be in breach of these Sale Terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of Our obligations in relation to the goods, where the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Our reasonable control.

Complaints

Should you have any complaint please email customerservices@carryoncanine.com. All complaints will be dealt with confidentially, as soon as possible and acknowledged within 5 working days. We will outline any action or remedy we can make to satisfy your grievance.

Privacy Policy

Carry On Canine do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than that required to complete payment. We will only collect personal information necessary to complete your order. We will not send any email to you without your consent, other than those connected with a current order.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item and to welcome you next time you visit.

Returns Policy

At Carry On Canine we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
Should any product purchased from carryoncanine.com be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the carryoncanine.com website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to carryoncanine.com within 14 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Carry On Canine mistakenly and through no fault of Carry On Canine, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to carryoncanine.com unused and in saleable condition. This return and refund offer is based on You returning the goods in the condition in which they were despatched from our warehouse and where you do so return them because You are not satisfied with the goods or You do not want them, they must be fully re-saleable by us. In the event of such returns You acknowledge that You will be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by Us in relation to carriage, postage and packaging and we shall invoice You for any costs in question incurred. Such invoices shall be paid by You within thirty days of the date of the invoice. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
The risk in any goods that You return to Us shall remain with You until the goods have been delivered to our premises and accepted by Us at those premises. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Carry On Canine reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Remittance Terms Goods will only be dispatched after full payment has been cleared.
