Delivery Information

Delivery options and prices based on your location are offered at checkout.

UK Delivery 
The majority of our products are sent out next working day.
Economy delivery uses either Royal Mail 2nd Class or a parcel courier and you can expect delivery in 4 - 7 working days. The average is 5 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery usually takes 2 - 4 working days.

We also offer express delivery in 2 working days via either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Working Day courier.
There are some limitations to the express services. Generally express services won't collect or deliver on a Saturday without a large surcharge so we don't offer this service. Other than Royal Mail Special Delivery we don't offer express services to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.

EU Nations Delivery
Packages up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For Tracked service.
Packages over 2kg are quoted for delivery using a courier service. The store will give you an estimated delivery price however we always check to see if a better quote can be obtained.
Note that some couriers will not ship liquids (including shampoos) and none will ship pressurised aerosol containers.

Worldwide Delivery
Packages up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For Tracked service to many nations wordwide.
We are happy to quote for larger parcels but our experience is that the shipping cost is often uneconomic and so cannot offer that option directly through checkout.

Note that countries outside the EU may levy customs duties on your consignment. This is payable in the country of arrival and usually delays delivery.

Stock
We endeavour to keep all items in stock however as items are sold from our premises and via other dog events there may be occasions when items show as in stock when they actually aren't. If it is likely to be longer than 2 working days before we can replace the out of stock item we will contact you and offer you a delivery estimate or the option of a refund on that item.
