Delivery Information

UK Delivery 
The majority of our products are dispatched next working day using Royal Mail's 1st Class service. Time from order to delivery is usually around 3 - 5 working days.
Larger orders and heavy items are sent via courier and delivery usually takes 4 - 6 working days.

We also offer express delivery in 2 working days via either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Working Day courier.

EU Nations Delivery
Packages up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For Tracked service.
Packages over 2kg are quoted for delivery using a courier service. The store will give you a delivery price however we always check to see if a better quote can be obtained.
Note that some couriers will not ship liquids (including shampoos) and none will ship aerosol containers.

Worldwide Delivery
Packages up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For Tracked service to many nations wordwide.
We are happy to quote for larger parcels but our experience is that the shipping cost is often uneconomic and so cannot offer that option directly through checkout.

Stock
We endeavour to keep all items in stock however as items are sold from our premises and via other dog events there may be occasions when items show as in stock when they actually aren't. If it is likely to be longer than 2 working days before we can replace the out of stock item we will contact you and offer you a delivery estimate or the option of a refund on that item.
